As a Receptionist, you will provide a full support service on our customer’s site.

You will act as the friendly and professional face of the business, both face-to-face and via the telephone. Not only will you meet and greet visitors to the site, you will also cover the switchboard, acting as a gatekeeper and directing calls as required.

Additionally, you will undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the reception function and the business as a whole.

You’ll need to be customer focused, articulate and friendly with a firm yet professional approach where required coupled with a friendly demeanour.

Interested? If so, you must have:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Customer service experience
  • An excellent level of IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel

Well presented and highly organised, as a Receptionist, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a professional telephone manner. A close attention to detail is also key.

The ideal candidate will possess a driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, however this is by no means essential.
